I understand that my submission is in no way a guarantee of acceptance into the festival, nor has any employee from the festival guaranteed my acceptance prior to submission.

By submitting your entry you certify that you are authorized to submit this work and that all clearances and licenses necessary for public display of the work have been granted and agree that you will indemnify and hold harmless The Big Bear Horror Film Festival (BBHFF) for any liabilities and expenses in connection with any claims based on any film/video submitted to BBHFF. No material deemed too pornographic or not of the genre of horror by the judges will be considered. Entering the competition constitutes permission to use the names and likenesses of the Finalists and the Grand Prize Winner for publicity and promotions with no additional compensation. You indemnify the Big Bear Horror Film Festival, their affiliates, sponsors, employees and judges of and from any and all claims, loss or liability that may be asserted against you or incurred by you or any associates, at any time in connection with the submitted work. You request that the Big Bear Horror Film Festival evaluate and judge the submitted material.
